uh.... waiting for 4 hours to inform the nation because of this answer:

The focus then was to lock down the Whitley Road Detention Centre and then start a systematic operation to find and arrest him. The priority is to arrest him. No efforts will be spared to track him down."

was that really an answer? i don't think so. it doesn't give a satisfactory address to the why the public wasn't informed. i was thinking, heck... i came back from reservist, so that's probably the reason why i got to know about it after the whole nation found out.
